Cancellation Policy
At NV Hairdressing, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows us enough time to offer the slot to another client and ensures our stylists’ time is well managed. A deposit is required for colour and longer services, which may be retained if appointments are cancelled late or missed. Thank you for respecting our team’s time and for supporting our small business.

• All new colour guests must have an allergy test at least 48 hours before their appointment.
• All colour services require the addition of a blow-dry or cut and style, which is charged separately.
• New clients will receive an in-depth consultation before their service, during which a tailored price will be quoted by email.
