NV’s Training Philosophy
Each week the NV hairdressing salon, in Falmouth, transforms into a vibrant training academy where future super stylists are born!
Led by our salon owner, Nikki, who holds a certificate in education and is a trained assessor, our academy day is overseen by her or our senior team mentor, Jaz.
Academy Training Day
Mondays. 9.15am – 5pm
Bookings
We update the NV Training Academy Facebook Page each week with model call outs, giving details of the skills our team members are perfecting. Make sure you follow us so you’re first in line for an academy cut!
Education
We work closely with Chains Training Academy to provide comprehensive, in-house training—no college days needed! Our trainees follow a structured scheme of work, allowing them to practice on different models depending on their skill level. This hands-on approach ensures they receive the best education in a real salon environment.
Our Eight Step Consultation
Our training is centred around NV’s unique 8 Steps of Consultation, a method deeply embedded in our salon culture, ensuring every stylist understands how to create the exact haircut and style you’ll love.
